Enter the ‘John Bean V3400’ wheel alignment system… or how we like to call it Tron! As the whole world’s technology takes leaps, Tron is no exception. The V3400 not only more accurate, faster and consistent; it’s also the only one of its kind to grace our borders thus far.
The new software driving the whole system allows us to punch in more information than ever before, everything from suspension geometry, wheel and tire specifications and aftermarket arm lengths. This is when the V3400 innovative new options really start to shine!
The software having its own in-built data-base of factory specifications and geometries, which can be easily registered through scanning the vehicle’s VIN number and in an almost video game like scenario the new software analyses and produces 3D animation, which displays an adequate alignment for whatever the final desired function may be.
Best thing is, this machine doesn’t cost our customers any more than a standard wheel alignment. Yes of course, a car being set up for racing, four wheel driving or any really specific purpose could push the limits and take better advantage of this new technology a little bit more.
