How much do they cost?
Polyair Springs are excellent value, being the most economically priced suspension aid product on the market. They frequently are lower in price than replacement or overload springs and air shocks. Since price varies with application, refer to the current price list.

Do I have to remove my springs to install them?
The Polyair Spring is a suspension add-on to original equipment springs. Some kit numbers will require temporary removal of spring for installation.

Will they raise my vehicle?
Original equipment springs tend to sag from wear or from overloading. Each Polyair kit is designed to level the vehicle to the original designed height with up to 500kg of load. Some vehicles can be raised an additional 25mm when inflated with maximum air pressure and carrying minimum load.

How do I fill them and how much air do I need?
Due to low air pressure requirements, Polyairs can be inflated using a hand pump or service station hose, as you would fill a tyre. All kits include air hoses for easy inflation of dual air valves.

What is the warranty?
Polyairs have 12 months/20,000km warranty. Any defective part will be replaced free, provided the kit has been correctly installed and correct inflation pressures have been adhered to.

Will they affect the ride of the vehicle?
The ride can be tailored to meet the driver’s personal comfort by increasing or decreasing air pressure. If air pressure is increased in proportion to the load, ride quality should not change.

Will the rubbing action of the coil spring on the Polyair cylinder cause it to wear out?
Polyairs are made of a highly durable space age urethane material, which has outstanding wearing characteristics in desert-hot to sub-zero temperature extremes. When properly inflated, they will provide years and years of trouble-free service.

Do I have to change my shock absorber?
Not if they are functioning properly. In fact, Polyairs will actually increase the life of the shock absorber.

Have they been tested in the Australian environment?
For the past three years this kit has been put through its paces in the city and the outback.

How many pounds of levelling capacity can it carry?
Up to 5,000lbs of levelling capacity.

What air pressure do they require and how do I fill them?
They are air adjustable from 5 to 100psi and can be filled at a service station or by using a hand pump, compressor or our on-board compressor.

How do I prevent pressure from falling below the minimum safe level?
Check your bellows as often as you check your tyres to ensure the minimum pressure is present, or if equipped with our on-board compressor system, the low-pressure sensor activates automatically, bringing it to its required pressure.

Is the bellow system suitable for off-road?
In its simplest form, yes. We do not, however, recommend our on-board air compressor system for vehicles used in water crossings. Most four-wheel drivers utilise their own portable compressors that adjust tyre pressures.

Do I have to remove my springs to install them?
The Polyair Springs bellow system is a suspension add-on to original equipment springs. It does not replace the original

The above chart is a general guideline only. Use enough pressure to level your vehicle to the regular factory ride height. The required air pressure will vary depending on the state of the original suspension.
