Bilstein offers a complete racing service department with the latest computerized equipment to perform a wide range of shock services including:

Rebuilding and Restoration

  Our trained staff will rebuild and refurbish any rebuildable Bilstein to their original specifications.

 

Revalving

 From subtle changes to major bump and rebound modifications, complete shock revalving is performed to race team specifications.

  Special Orders

  To meet new specs, shortening or extending lengths, special valving and specific mounting configurations, Bilstein Motorsports can meet racers’ needs.

To start

  Make contact with our Motorsport Department as indicated below. Include details of services requested and your contact details.

  Turnaround time

 Normal work turnaround time is 1 to 2 working weeks but is subject to seasonal workloads. If faster delivery time is required, there will be an additional overtime surcharge.

  Terms

  We accept MasterCard, BankCard and Visa. All other orders will be on a COD basis. All shocks must be sent to Bilstein Motorsport, freight pre-paid, to the address below.

Bilstein Motorsport
Mobile Shock Room

We take our mobile shock room workshop with us across the country to all sorts of Motor Sport events. Recently you may have seen us at the Drift Australia Championship.
The trailer is a scaled down version of our workshop in Sydenham, where we can perform the same tasks. We can rebuild and recondition, as well as modify and rate shock absorbers, track side!

The air conditioned Mobile Shock Room has the following features:

  • Self powered 240V computerised shock dyno
  • Bilstein rebuild/regas machine
  • Spare parts
